For larger projects, we go the extra mile. Receive an extra box of full-size planks to cover potential damage. Should repairs be needed within the warranty, surplus materials will keep your floors looking new. Additional planks are available for purchase if the extra box is missing. Note: A trip fee may apply. Excludes damage from furniture with rolling casters. Please notify us within seven days if the extra box is not delivered post-installation.
Our exclusive Flooring Warranty is available for residential customers through Pro Flooring Installers Atlanta. Effective upon full payment and successful installation, this warranty remains valid as long as the flooring stays in its original location and the original purchaser resides in the home. Our customer service team is available for warranty service or inspections, We reserve the right to inspect products and replace components if necessary to ensure your satisfaction.
